Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchase, or use the same link on the paywall. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account that made the original purchase. Rungs Pro also works with Family Sharing.
How do I change where something ranked?
Press and hold any row on a ladder and choose Rank again. It comes off the ladder and goes back through the comparisons so you can place it fresh. Tastes change; your ranking should be able to.
Does Rungs sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Not yet. Everything is stored on each device on its own, which is what lets Rungs work with no account and no server. Sync through your own iCloud is the most requested addition and is what we're building next.
What happens when I reach the free limit?
Free covers three ladders with fifteen things on each, and nothing you've already made is ever locked away or deleted. Rungs Pro removes both limits with a single payment — there is no subscription.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Settings has a CSV export with every ladder, rank, score and note. It's your data, so it should leave as easily as it arrived.
Why does it ask which of two things is better instead of a rating?
Because nobody can genuinely feel the difference between a 7 and an 8, but everybody can pick between two things instantly. Comparing is the part your gut is good at, so it's the only thing Rungs asks you to do — the score is worked out from where the item landed.
How do I delete something?
Press and hold the row and choose Remove. Every score on that ladder re-settles around the gap. To delete a whole ladder, press and hold its card on the home screen.
