Privacy Policy

Annua for iOS · Last updated 15 August 2026

Annua collects nothing. It has no account system, no server, no analytics and no advertising. The app contains no networking code, so your subscription data cannot leave your device even by accident.

What Annua stores

Everything you type into Annua — the names, amounts, billing dates, categories, tags and notes for your subscriptions — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework, inside a private app container shared only with Annua's own widget extension.

We never see any of it. There is no "we" that could: no backend exists.

What Annua does not do

iCloud

Annua does not sync to iCloud. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your device backup may include Annua's local database, in which case it is covered by Apple's privacy policy and encrypted under your Apple Account — not accessible to us.

Purchases

Annua Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by Apple. Apple tells the app only whether the purchase exists. We receive no payment details, no name and no email address. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in their privacy policy.

Notifications

Renewal reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No push server is involved and no notification content is transmitted anywhere.

Data you export

The CSV export writes a file you choose to share. Once you hand that file to another app, it is governed by that app's privacy policy rather than this one.

Children

Annua is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes its container and everything in it. There is nothing held elsewhere to request or erase.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Any change that affected data handling would also require a new app release, reviewed by Apple.
